My MX200 suddenly died on me. No signs of life whatsoever. There is no fuse inside that I could find. The external power unit still gave a nice reading on my meter.
Is there any known procedure to bring it back to life?

I have one of these, and I did the usual Google searches, and came up with nothing...

Lexicon support is probably your only option. Sad

I plugged the wrong wall wart(reversed polarity but correct voltage) into a pedal once. It blew a small cap that acted kinda like a fuse.

A bad power supply can show proper voltage to a meter and still not be able to support voltage with a load.

Thanks for the responses. Dave you could be right
The lexicon comes with its dedicated powersupply and I measured inside the unit so I thought I hade a good reading.
