I'm looking for a source for axial lead electrolytic caps for tube amps, other than Antique Electronic Supply. I need some values they don't have (e.g. 4uF @ 450V).

4uF is a weird value.

If a circuit calls for 4uF, there's nothing wrong with using 4.7uF which is a common value.

Mouser Electronics...

I think of a capacitor as a bucket, a bigger bucket will hold a given amount of water.
A smaller bucket may not. Size in capacitance, not physical. Cowboy Electronics 101... Very Happy
