Looks like a 1936 or so Regal made Model 25 guitar, Chicago, original case, round neck 12 fret at body, showing wear on the binding of the body, trapeze tailpiece. I think $1500 is too much, but someone else might like it.
I have the sister to this, but a 14 fret Dobro label, far better condition. |

I have that exact same model in about the same condition. I pegged mine at about a 1939 model given its body measurements. It sounds great and was a gift to me by the original owner about 1990. She said she bought it in 1945 from Montgomery Wards. It never did have a case for it until I bought one for it. Cherished memories for sure. |

Too much $ for a low-end instrument that probably doesn't have a soundwell. Maybe OK at half the price (1700+ now). _________________ "Gopher, Everett?" |
