Bob, I have the decals for the front apron and the pedalrack. CZB Phoenix ones. There should also be a "Pedalmaster" decal on the top deck in front of the E neck. I personally own #1037. #1038 was invoiced on July 2nd, 1966 and originally went to a fellow by the name of Johnny Williams. Send me an email on what you are needing.

I have seen pictures of the guitars with the CZB logo. Can you enlighten us as to what it stands for?

Greg might could enlighten you more, but I think Phenoex was where it all began early 60's. This guitar has an exotic front panel and neck (simular to rosewood color) and natural tops. The lacquer finisd wasn't treated very well- needs refinished, but underside in pretty good shape
