I would like to put in a good word for JF. I called him today to order some parts. This is Saturday and I just took a chance that someone might be in the shop. Jerry answered and we had a great conversation. Very nice to be able to talk to the main guy and be treated so nicely!!

I'll second that, they don't come much better than Jerry!! He does build a great guitar, and for a reasonable price and short wait. I'm completly satisfied with mine!!

Jerry Fessenden is one of the most knowledgeable builders in the business. He cares deeply about his guitars and those who play them. I put him in the same category as Bruce Zumsteg and Ed Fulawka. Knows his stuff and his guitars show it. I will play Fessenden guitars for many years to come.

I love my Fessy and always get compliments on the guitar and tone. Sometimes my playing, too.

I own one of Jerry's guitars. It is a beauty and plays like a dream. I bought it off the forum, but had a few questions about it. The guy who sold it to me got me in touch with Jerry and he answered all my questions. I didn't have one of the tools necessary to work on the steel, Jerry offered to send it to me right away. I don't even think he ever asked for payment for it. I can't argue about Jerry's product, or service. And I've been known to compain about almost any product, or service, just not with a Fessenden.

Jerry will work for food. Mexican that is. He has had a booth in St. Louis for many years, but he doesn't know where it's located, thank goodness Lynn does.
