Hi Erv,
He does look a bit like Jack Smith who played for the Happy Goodmans, but I'm not sure whether they employed Darryl LeCroy to play steel for them or not, somebody on here may know for sure.

Rabbit Easter was Goodmans steel man for quite a while, don't know about Darryl.
