Mel Tillis singing and I hear a lot of Buddy Emmons licks, but not his usual touch and tone. Maybe it's Buddy on a Sho-Bud.

Don't know about the steel that was used, but it is Mel Tillis singing with Buddy Emmons on steel. Smile
