I've been restoring a ShoBud Pro lll Custom for the past couple of weeks. The C6th fingers are the usual aluminum ones with the pins for the ball ends, but the E9th fingers are different...a harder metal, shiny, cast? not machined and have the slots for the ball ends. Doesn't look like they were ever changed though
, do you suppose they are original? Just curious!
Thanks,
Mac

Mac, my Pro III had those slotted fingers on both necks (double raise/single lower changers). It was difficult to fit the 10th string on the C6th neck into the slot.

Doesn't surprise me…eventually you'll see anything and everything on Sho-Buds.
