He does look a little like Paul, though; I can see how you might have thought it was Paul. But he doesn't play like Paul and that's not a Franklin guitar...

You know Jim, I realized the man does not play like Paul, but I rate Paul so high, I thought he could change his style in a jiffy.

Had never heard the name Dan Schafer before this. Funny that Jan thought it was Paul Franklin, since it appears they both came up in Detroit in the '70's.
