After almost 17 years of hard use and abuse my trusty old Technics tape recorder finally bit the dust.
So, I'm looking for a high quality cassette tape recorder in good usable condition that has the 'loop' feature.

I've emailed you, Farris. I no longer publish my email address on the Forum due to scammers, spammers and worse. Please don't give it out and do not add to your address book (that's how many computer viruses are spread).
The Sony decks will go to the first to post with a firm offer.

Also a Sony DTC-700 DAT recorder (Digital Audio Tape). Has both co-ax and optical digital I/O as well as analog. With this I'll include a box of about 50 DAT tapes of various lengths (used) as well as a TOSLINK optical digital audio cable. $270 includes shipping.

Hi Rich, I have a couple of 4 track recorders, one of them is a Tascam like the one you have.
What I am looking for is a nice high quality tape deck such as those Michael posted pictures of. Thanks.

Jim,
The K717ES is still available and you have the first right of refusal. I've sent you an email.

The K717ES doesn't have the 'loop' feature that Jim is looking for (play to a memory location, then auto rewind to another memory location and resume play). It's still available if someone wants a top of the line deck for a rock bottom price. |
