JCH parts

Looking for the brackets on the JCH that Jimmie Crawford put on some of his guitars and he called it a sound bar I am told,now mine a D10 has the impression where it was once there,that is about all I know about it,any help would be appreciated a lot..
Also need a vertical knee lever kit,I have most of it!!
