After several years of quibbling with multiple printing companies...Ive decided to sell my book as a pdf file. When Patricia and I first started work on this, our goals were to create a quality book, with quality content....And, thats what we did...
I have had these laser printed, 100 at a time...Now they want almost 42.00 per copy to print them....Im not going to play that game...you can buy the pdf file for 40.00...heres how...
Send an MO, or personal check along with your email address to me, personally....and I will email you a copy of the book...I ask that you NOT share this file, and thats all I can do...I will split all proceeds with Patricia, as she had a MAJOR hand it getting this to market....This will save me a LOT of headaches, and give me time to work on book 2..

I was one of the very 1st to get his book and paid full price.
I use it as a reference when I need to check something out for my students.

Unfortunately a personal cheque in UK pounds is going to be too much hassle for Mickey to deal with and sending a money order from here seems to be virtually impossible (as my friend found out when he tried to buy tickets for one of the Dead farewell concerts).
If anyone would be prepared to accept a PayPal payment from me and send a cheque to Mickey on my behalf, I'd be very grateful. |
