In great contrast to all the Tommy White links, I just found THIS on YouTube and I thought I'd better post it before anyone else does. Apparently recorded at the Phoenix show in January. A little chart confusion from an exhausted band, sorry. My hands look weird. Although it looks like I'm not muting behind the bar or on my right hand, I swear I am. Remember, I'm really a bass player...

Peter,
I'm so glad you posted this. I was unable to catch your set this year and heard such great things about it.
Everybody said it was a highlight of the show. Your steel playing is so inspired, and so are your bass chops.
Thanks for brightening our show each year. |

Thanks Rick. Although out of the picture on the YouTube clip, Rick was playing bass for me in Phoenix. |

Pete, wow buddy, the bass player has emerged a real deal steel player with a lot of shades of Jay Dee. Fine job. You are headed to more of the same and growing at an astonishing rate. Double WOW. Thanks for posting. (I never claimed to be a steel player but one who likes to keep one in the house) |

I like it very much! BTW I've just received a record by Jackie DeShannon where he played bass on a few tracks. _________________ Fender Kingman, Sierra Crown D-10, Evans Amplifier, Soup Cube. |

The Jackie DeShannon cuts for producer Jim Ed Norman were another almost big break in my alleged "career". Guitarist Tim Weston said he heard Jim Ed refer to us as the "young up and comers", so we had our hopes up, but Jim Ed moved to Nashville soon after. Oh well... |

Great playing, and the guitar player was a jammin'! _________________ Amateur Radio Operator NA4IT (Extra)
