ShoBud Professional D10 8 floor pedals, 3 knee levers. SN 1225. Best offer above $600 w/pedal, $500 w/o. + packing & shipping, CONUS only. Ends March 21.
I purchased this from the original owner in 1974. It went with me to every gig from 74 to the end of 85 but received minimal play time because we weren’t primarily a country group. From January 1, 1986 until now it has not been played except for a few hours after I set it up to evaluate it for sale. Mechanical wear would be well below average for a PSG of this vintage. Road wear is considerable.
Key points: E9th neck is on the inside. E9th neck functions properly, stays in tune & sounds incredible. Emmons set up with one addition change on RKL. All parts are original to the best of my knowledge except the LKR which is a homemade (original owner) affair. It hangs a little lower than the others but gets the job done. There are numerous bar dings, and 3 cigarette burns between the necks. There is finish checkering and oxidation of the metal parts. There is a paint chip and the customary crack in the wood at the changer end. The case is in marginal condition. The outside/C6th neck is not set up. There are about 10 spare rods, 7 factory tuning barrels and 3 or 4 homemade non-adjustable barrels (tuning must be done at pedal.) The ShoBud volume pedal works.

Several have asked via PM so I will post it here for all. I am not disclosing any offers I receive to other prospective buyer's nor am I disclosing to anyone what the best offer I have received is. If interested, simply offer what you feel its worth to you. On March 21 I'll start with the best offer and work backwards until a sale is completed. I will contact all who made offers with the result.
It is not being offered for sale anywhere else. |

Mike - it was sold for $850
Chris - it worked out that the guy to whom the guitar was worth the most got the guitar without either of us having to dicker around. |

Thanks Alan, cool guitar, someone has an excellent vintage steel to play. |
