Hi, Kenny

My LeGrande III is numbered 2085L and was shipped new in October, 2000. Based on the elapsed numbers between this one and my July, '98 LGIII (1886), #1939 would be Jan/Feb '99.

This is only educated guesswork, mind, but I bet I'm close. Jim Aycoth used to say that he aimed to ship around sixteen guitars a month, but the figures seem to indicate that the actual total was a bit lower back then. It maybe lower still these days.

I hope you're doing well - I was playing with Jessica Welch in Key West two weeks ago, and we spoke about you. She wishes you well, as do I.....

Roger R.

I have LeGrande #511 and took delivery 3/11/88. I am guessing that they made about 10 a month then so it would be made about July 1988.
