Unfortunately no steel guitar.
Are those musicians excluded?

Steel musicians may be superior?

I am going to have to admit this chart is fairly accurate if you have been around musicians of different types long enough.
someone certainly put some thought into because it actually DOES work out. i followed mine, answering the questions honestly and damn - it pointed right to mandolin - i about fell out of my chair....happens to be my main instrument.


I am thinking from the spellings this is a southern hemisphere chart...so if we transpose this for northern hemisphere.....we just use a tritone substitution for the DIDGERIDOO and whammo - the STEEL GUITAR fits perfectly.

see all that theory does eventually come in handy
