I just bought a Fender Steel King. The amp sounds great, but the problem I have is a loud pop when I turn it off. Is this normal for this amp, or is something wrong that needs to be fixed. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks..Ken _________________ Promat D10, Goodrich, Milkman

Mine did it, that is part of the reason I sold it. It will be interesting what others have to say. _________________ Die with Memories. Not Dreams.

Mine makes a low frequency thump when I turn it off. It's done that since I bought it, new, many years ago. Still going strong. _________________ Lee, from South Texas - Down On The Rio Grande

Mine did it as well, turn the master gain all the way off before you turn it off. _________________ Email: azpedalman@gmail.com

This is just a characteristic of this amp, so much power I guess. I turn the gain down too, and this eliminates the pop. |
