I recently had a super nice Mullen G2 for sale, very next day after i posted my ad with a few pictures, I received an email from Mullen company telling me that 2 strings on the pictures look like they are out of place, and that Mullen would be glad to help me if I needed any help with the guitar... I have never had that happened before, that company would offer assistance with their product even without asking them. I didn't need any help ( cleaned the guitar and forgot to set 5th and 6th strings back on the rollers after cleaning inside the key head, and they just needed to be set back in the rollers correctly) but I sure was surprised by an exceptional customer service by Mullen. My thanks to the Mullen crew, and keep up with the great work.

Thank You Damir. With the exceptional picture you took, I could easily see a problem. I guess over the years I have seen so many people discouraged or even sell a guitar because it is not staying in tune or something when it was a very simple adjustment.

Mullen guitars are designed to work period. If you are having issues, or strings not coming back to pitch, etc. Chances are there is a problem somewhere. Or an adjustment needed.

We are always willing to do our best to help out. Remember the factory always does modifications, setup changes, and servicing. Is your guitar in need of some work??? Let us know and get a quote today.

that's nice that the company was concerned and helpful.
i can't help asking, though...did they offer to come out, or to have you ship it to them to move those strings over an eighth of an inch on the fingers..
for free?

Another vote for Mullen service, even down to the smallest of parts orders. Fast and friendly every time.

Mike offered me to pay for the plane ticket, to go visit the shop, and he said they would even take me out to the local Hooters to check out some double D's Cool

It would be interesting to calculate the driving time from Flagler, CO to the nearest Hooters.

But the steel guitar service is far better than are the hot wings.

Ken beat me to it. Unless there's a Hooters in Burlington. Which I doubt.
Ain't nothing on 70 from Burlington to Denver.

And wind. Typically so strong that a semi will get HOT going West (yes, it climbs, but at less than 1%).

Low overhead and very little to distract you from attention to detail. No wonder they build such nice guitars!

One in Burlington, NC, but not Burlington, CO. Fascinating! Maybe we have an explanation for the Emmons travails:

Hooters!

Mike and Shaun are great, as is Del and Dixie. I have always been treated with respect and patience on any questions I had related to their fine instrument. When I needed parts or a specially wound pickup, Mike always came though in a prompt and professional manner. For customer service on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 10. Mullen owners are fortunate to know that the Mullen Guitar Company stands behind their fine product and will be there for you if you ever need them.

I will never forget my experience with them. I sent my RP SD10 to have a vertical lever and a 4th pedal installed. Also wanted the LKL function changed. I requested 2" longer pedal rods. They set up the legs for the longer rods, did the additions, & made the change in one day. They sent it back the same day they received it. Total quality work from the people who made the guitar. Can't ask for any better than this!
A happy customer.

I am trying not to be too serious my friend, and to enjoy life as much as I can, if I didn't have my music, and little humor in my life, it would be a pretty boring Smile

After 25 years behind a Mullen guitar, I have had very little mechanical issues. If one came up, I knew I was a phone call away from the solution. My gratitude to the Mullen crew.

Same experience here .. when I bought my guitar they found a dealer for me that had a new one in stock = no waiting. They also have answered every one of my emails filled with dumb rookie questions about how to do this or that with the guitar. That goes a long way with me.

I can only echo the good comments above, I love my G2.

My 2 cents, YMMV.
