Can anyone tell me if there is a standard height for pedal steel? If so can you tell me what the pedal rod length is +/-. I am in the midst of refurbishing an old Fender/Sho-Bud and I have two sets of pedal rods. One set is 26" long and the other set is 20" long. So if anyone can help I would very much appreciate it. Thank you, Dave.

20 inches would be very short, so i imagine the others are original. common height from the floor to bottom of cabinet is approx. 26".

The 26" rods should work. My Sho-Bud is 26" from the floor to lower edge of the cabinet. You can use rod coupling nuts to lengthen the pedal rods by an inch or so, but I think 20" rods would be too short.
