Got this 6 Rickenbacher years ago from my barber and would appreciate any help to value it for sale.
Serial # is C 3579 and the body has some cracks in it. Must have been dropped sometime
over the years. The neck has a ding also which I have pics of. The case is in bad condition but latches still work.
The tuners are still ok and work ok as well as the tone and volume controls. Still has that good sound.
I cannot post pics on the Forum but I have some I can E mail if some one is interested or can help with the sale value. Will sell in CONUS only. Thanks

Thanks for the info and the help, guys. It is really appreciated. I didn't even know Rick made spanish types but I wondered about it when I saw the raise nut down there. I just went down and took another look at the neck and it looks like a regular bridge is still under the raise nut and there are some light blemishes like where chords were made. I had a metallic grey Rik back when I was a kid around WW2 era and it was something. Played my 1st dance on it and made $2.00 and I thot I was rich!! I was in about the 6th grade. |

yeah, thats a whole different ball game there...
these are rare, but most of them can only be played with a slide anyway as the necks are seldom playable spanish style.
i would have no idea what this would bring. _________________ '65 Sho-Bud D-10 Permanent • '54 Fender Dual-8 • Clinesmith T-8 • '38 Ric Bakelite • '92 Emmons D-10 Legrande II |
