Sticker on The Blade?

Just what is that sticker on the keyhead end of Buddy's Blade? Where can I git one?

That sticker is from the "Old Time Pickin' Parlor" run by Randy Wood here in Nashville in the 70's. I believe Buddy played there some with John Hartford during that time.
When I semi-restored the "Blade" for E last year he asked me to keep all attached memorabilia intact,including that sticker. Hope that answers your question.
