I'm sure this is an annoying question, but does anyone have any idea when Sierra will re-emerge so owners like myself can get parts? If anyone has any leads for the necessary parts to add to a late model Session 12, specifically 3 pedals, please let me know.

Thanks

Yo Steve, you beat me to posting the same question. I'm begining to wonder why the new company has not made any attempt to contact (at least some type of press release on the Forem)the many loyal Sierra owners that are anxiously waiting for parts, etc. Is Tom Baker alive and well or is he a "smoke and mirror" myth??? How hard can it be to sell parts that are already in inventory? BOOO!!!

I am in need of some Session pull rods and have been waiting like everyone else, but there are some changes I need to add, and my patience has run out.

I am going to find a machine shop and have some made.

I am thinking that it would make sense to have them made full length (ie longest required for a 25 scale guitar) and cut and thread the bellcrank end to required length. The machine shop is required for the brass hex part, but a lot of people could handle the cut to length and thread operation.

For the few I am looking for the price each would obviously be off the chart, but if other people are looking for rods, I could increase the quantity and the price would be reasonable for all.

Anyone looking for Sierra Session rods, please email me at scott_swartz@hotmail.com

The last time I talked to him, Forum member Dan Burnham said that he has interest in having Sierra parts made. He also said he has a source to have the parts made. The email address he has listed in his profile is: dan@pcunet.com

Hey Folks,
Please be patient with Sierra.
There IS a light at the end of the tunnel!
Our friend Tom Baker is working hard every day to get the company relocation completed, which is a huge undertaking to say the least.
I am confident that it will be worth the wait.
I hope you will join me in supporting Tom in this endeavor!

Sierra uses the machining software that my "day job" makes and I have been on the phone with Don Christensen in the last month as he and Tom were trouble shooting the network hookup for their CNC Milling machine.
