I had a set of UM2's that cracked, and were under warranty. I sent them back to weston for repair, and they kindly sent me a brand new set of UM20 Pros.

I was IEM-less for a few weeks, and bought a stopgap pair that I prefer to these. These do however sound far superior to the UM2s that I did have.

I used them twice, with my old tips (so the tips included with this haven't come in contact with any ears).

Come with 2 sets of tips and an awesome hard case.
