We Saw Bob play last night in Tulsa with Loretta Lynn and he was fantastic . He played crisp and soaring licks and runs and was a pleasure to listen to . As Loretta sat in a chair at the front of the stage while her adoring fans clamored around her, seemingly wanting to touch her, Bob was introduced as " an original coal miner" as he played his black legrande III . What a thrilling ride it has to have been playing for country music royalty. Good stuff, Bob !

He's my favorite player for a reason. Every time I hear him, I fall in love with the steel all over again. He's a great player, an even better person, and a legend in his own right.

I would love to see Loretta live. I have heard nothing but good about Bob playing steel for her.

Bob is a killer player. I've seen him a few times with Loretta. Talk about a tough job. Having to cop all those Hal Rugg licks must have been tough. You could close your eyes and imagine Hal on the stage. One of the best that worked the road.

Yea, Paul , Loretta can still sing and is very funny , interacting with the band and fans. Richard , I agree . Bob cut loose on an Eagles song, I believe, with the band and was tearin' it up on a long ride . On Loretta's hits , he played it just like the record to me. Just great stuff !
