Pro III, Straight Emmons E9/C6 , four knees, double raise/double lower, original everything,
E raises/lowers on left, 6164, etc. with split case ("split case" means the original case for the body, and a separate case for the pedal bar, rods and legs, i.e., two cases!). Notice the original Sho Bud case...
second pedal bar/leg case is generic, but very good for what it is. This was professionally
set up/tweaked about a year and a half/two years ago, partially to reorient the E raises/ lowers (from
RKL to raise/lower on LKL and LKR).

This steel has been used! Some slight scratches on the pedal bar, but the
only thing the rest of it only needs a slight buffing up, if you want to. It's being
used as a practice instrument by a friend of mine in his smoke free studio, but he
takes very good care of it. I expect at this
point, it probably needs a slight tweaking, etc, but I just put new strings on it and found no problems. SN# is 11848,
I think it's from around 1977.

You might want to blow up these shots, so you
can see the finish, it has checking, but my
photo skills aren't that great, so...

It''s located near the about two blocks from the Takoma Park Metro
Station, easily found on the Washington, D.C.. map.

I'd like to sell this where it is, but I'm
willing to ship it if I have to.

Would prefer phone calls to emails, but will
respond to either. I don't use a "smart" phone, but will get back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks again,

Steve,

Steve,
You are taking a chance posting your phone number online. I would either have people request it in a forum email or PM. Or disguise it so the net bots, which are looking for that sequence of numbers don't find it. You may start getting spam calls for "stiffiners."

John,

I believe you, but if they were going to
get me, they would have already done it.
For me, it's faster than emailing back and
forth. And it's hard to fake a human voice
(so far...).

Thanks again,

Steve

Nice clean logo's.

Any questions, please ask. And notice that it
has the separate case for the legs, rods and
pedal bar.

Thanks again,

Steve

Jimmy Day recorded the LP "All Those Years" using a guitar identical to this one.
One of the best pedal steel tones ever to my ears, but that's Jimmy Day😉

Mr. White,

Thanks, I've been told by people who know
better than me that it's a "tone monster",
I just trust their (and your) judgement more
than mine!

Thanks again!
