Has anyone added a vertical lever to a GFI Ultra?
Just wondering how difficult it would be to do it myself if I got the kit. (I'm sure it depends on each person's mechanical abilities)
Is it a usual do-it-yourself project?
Thanks,
Kevin. |

The Ultra will have room to place the vertical between the 2 left knee levers. The only tricky part is placing the lever at the right distance from the changer. Bob at GFI can tell you a reference point to use from the LL knee lever and also the slack you put in when connecting pull rods. If this sounds too much, ask Bob what dealers are close to you. |

It's not a big deal to do yourself and I believe that I have a new vertical kit for a GFI at the shop~ |

Thanks for the replies!
Mr. Jack, I may try it myself and I guess if I can't get it right, I can just take the kit off and let someone do it who is familiar with installing a kit. I'll let ya'll know how it goes.
Mr. Jim, I will send you a p.m.
Thanks again to both of you!!
