I recently purchased Noah Miller's D-8 Epiphone. So, I'm selling my blue S-8 George Boards with wrist lever. It's listed with info on the Steel Guitars For Sale page. With the wrist lever, it's set up to get two tunings on one neck, currently A6/B9. I would have kept it, but wanted an older D-8. I'm old and like old stuff!!?? The old case even smells like me.

There are some old pics of the Epiphone on the forum when Noah owned it. Since then, I've done some minor repairs on it and touched up the finish. I moved the stainless steel pickup covers back and over the bridge and plugged the old mount holes. The covers got in the way of muting and required that I rest my hand too far toward the nut and over the fret board. It looks much better having them over the bridge. I removed the key heads and disassembled the tuning keys, cleaned and re-greased them. All of the hardware mounting screws were loose and some stripped out in the wood, so I glued toothpicks into the holes and re-drilled the same holes and bought some wood screws that are slightly longer. Everything is factory tight now. It's all back together. I'm in the process of putting the last few coats of nitro lacquer in those areas where the pickup covers were originally mounted and getting it blended into the original finish. I'll put some pics up next week when I'm finished with it. Thanks
