Mint condition Don Blood armrest. Just not using this. Black. Will adjust from 31 1/2 to 33 inches on center to fit legs. Asking $65 shipped

Checked my steel; legs on center are 31"... Could the bracket be moved a bit to accomodate? Looks like it might be simple enough to move one end in a bit. If so, I'll buy it.

| From my observation of the photo if a more narrow spacing was required, couldn't this be accomplished by reversing the brackets? |

Me again! I am assuming that the adjustment arrangement is loosening two screws on either of the 'brackets' and sliding the bracket in/out to fit the leg spacing. Would it not be possible to drill a couple of new holes and move the entire assembly in 1/2" on each end to reduce the spacing measurement slightly.
I'm very mechanical and don't think this would be too difficult.
Your thoughts?

| I have one of these on a BMI S 10. The clamps are adjustable in width as well as height. It took me about 5 minutes to adjust mine when I got it. |

| Do you mean that you had to drill and remount? Would there be a reason that this wouldn't work such as the pad frame not clearing the steel frame? |

No, I did not have to drill anything. The bracket has slotted holes so all you do is loosen the screws, adjust, tighten and your done. I also see no reason it wouldn't fit any guitar. Also, yes, there is room to drill new holes if you needed to, but I think it would be necessary. But there is that option. Here is mine mounted.
The gap between the pad and the steel can be adjusted out, but this was ok with me. |

| By reversing the brackets what I was actually referring to is moving the bracket on the right end to the left and vice versa as opposed to drilling additional holes to allow the pad to fit shorter guitars, may not have explained that clearly in my original post. |
