This steel is for sale on reverb and listed as a 1954 dual pro w/cs &legs for $1200. Did Fender ever put these buttons on a early steel? Also the blond one is listed as a 54, nicer but $2500.

I've never seen plastic tuner buttons on a Dual Pro. The blonde one looks real nice, but $2500 is too much IMO. You could try offering a lower amount.

Thanks Doug. Neither had I but you never know. The center part doesn't look right. Could they be off of another brand of steels? The blond is nice but I'm not in the marker for one and there are better deals around. This was a question/heads ups combo.
