I'm interesting in emailing someone a directory of documents in my PC.
Can someone clue me to taking a screen shot?
Thanks.

Hold down CTRL and hit PRNTSCR (Print screen to the right of your F-keys)

Then open any Paint or one of those and paste it in with either CTRL-V or File/paste

I usually use SnippingTool (part of Microsoft Windows) because it lets me select the rectangle to save, and lets me save it immediately as jpg or whatever.
