That's two different items there.

The jewel case goes with a CD of tunes played by Billy Phelps on a Carter-Starter. I think that b0b might have them for sale on the Forum Store.

The disk is the instructional video (DVD) that shipped with all of Carter-Starters. It explains how to set up the guitar, tune it and get started playing.

When I traded off my Starter a couple of years ago, I included a copy of Billy Phelps' CD along with the Carter DVD, some extra strings and so on. I wonder if you have my old Carter-Starter? More to the point, in my opinion, that disk should probably stay with the guitar, assuming that you have it. The CD is pretty good, too, if you like that sort of thing.
