Legrand e-clip tool needed. PLEASE CLOSE

I need an e-clip tool for a 14 hole LG bell crank. Had several that I bought from Clem Schmidt years ago.Now, the roll-pins used to hold the clips have backed out.

Tried to re-glue them but they don't stay put. I don't see where Clem is still making them. Anyone have a source?
