As far as I know, nothing changes but the A and C changes reversed along with the standard LKL and LKR changes reversed. It makes sense to me.
The way the ankle rolls suggests the knee levers move in and aiding fashion to the A and B pedals. IE, the A pedal and F knee lever is sooooooooo used, that most players feel its best if F follows A. But the relationship of their relative location be the same.
NOTE: there are a very few who have them opposite. IE, LKL raises the E's with the Day setup; OR LKL lower's the E's with the Emmons' setup. Not many though. Most are standard; LKL raises the E's when the A pedal raises the B's.
