You Done Great, Love Your Feel, You Made It Your Own & That's The Way To Go, Do Enough Of The Signature Licks To Set The Feel & Style, Then Build On Them With What You Feel In Your Musical Soul. Super. Rudy

Thanks Roger for posting this and thanks Billy for your kind comment. I remember Rudy's comment... I felt I'd cheated a bit... it was sure nice of Rudy to write it. I watched Buddy play this live at the St. Louis steel festival in 1995. I recall Darrell McCall was on vocals and Buddy... well what can you say... It was my first time in the US and first time at Scotty's... I'd never heard playing like it! All the best to you all.

Mark, you knocked it out of the park. That is and will always be my favorite song. Your version is right up there with Buddy. I love to hear a fresh take on this song. Thanks for the fine job and keep it up.

Great job there Mark. This song is to C6, as Together Again, is to E9th. I hear Buddy Emmons' in there. Bravo Mark.

Thank you again Mark; for displaying your endless talent and bringing us beautiful music. I believe that I recognized some of the licks that I heard similar to the big "E"'s and yes I would like to reach that level someday, but at 80 I've got to get going. ha

Charles Curtis....a big Bravo to you as well sir, for still steeling along at age 80. I hope, I can still sit unassisted on my pac-a-seat when I'm your age. Keep right on playing. God Bless
