Hi I am the son of Ray Shakeshaft who was a regular member on here a few years ago. Unfortunately due to illness I am now selling his guitar collection. I should stress that I know nothing about them so I would prefer to sell them in the UK, so that anyone buying them can collect them and make sure everything is working fine and is exactly what they want. I live in Leek, North Staffordshire.

I am selling a JB Frypan guitar. I have been given a ball park valuation, so please make me an offer.

If this is an Excel JB Fry Pan does it have the stand that often comes with them?

HI Jim

I don't think so. It is in a fitted case. The number stamped on the end is B076

Martin,

I've linked this discussion to the Michael Messer board in the UK, as you might find other sellers in that location. Good luck with the sale!

I have had a couple of offers from outside the UK. Thanks, but to avoid shipping costs and pitfalls I would much prefer to sell in the UK. As I do not know much about the Guitars its also means that the buyer is seeing what they get. I have also been asked about the scale length, it is 24.5 inches.

Regards

Martin

I have been told by a forum member that £600 is a fair price.
