Hoping to save some time at Cigar Center... Does anyone have a recommendation for a hard gig case for a 27.5" scale baritone Weissenborn style? It needs to be a case without a high neck brace to accommodate the hollow neck. I am hoping to fly with this guitar - probably as a carry-on with another guitar checked in a Hiscox case.
Thanks!
Chuck

My 27.5" Pogreba baritone Weiss fits in a generic 12-string guitar case with that little compartment removed to make room for the hollow neck. Maybe start there?

Same for me, except it's an Epiphone 12-string case.

My 27.5 Pogreba came with a Taylor 12 string case, modified the same way. Fits very well, but not particularly flightworthy.

Thanks for the replies! Are you all talking about hard cases? My Lazy River came in a modded hard case, but I need to fly with it so that means either a custom flight case of some kind (expensive) or a polyfoam case that I can carry on board and insist that it is a "soft case" in case I am told I need to gate check it. This combo usually works for me on flights when traveling with a 6-string Larrivee (checked in a Hiscox) and a Guild 12-string (carried on board in a polyfoam case.)

Thanks!
Chuck
