Here's a friendly, predictable solid Double neck, good for a Pro OR even a student . This is one fat sounding Steel , Played it Mon. at Jims Shop , I'm still smiling .Stop By Jim's Lone Star Steel shop in Salado Texas . If you play it you'll love it . At this price buy it for a friend Or one of your Students .

I may be stepping up from my T-8 Fender. This looks like a decent deal. Heaven help me. I'm actually considering buying this pedal steel. Someone please slap me and talk me out of it.

I bought a guitar from Jim Flynn once, and when we met and I opened the case, it was not what I expected . . . . . it was BETTER!
I could not wait to place the money in his hand, close the case and lock it up! I would buy this one if I had the funds and never look back. He is just that kind of guy with his products, everything was in perfect working order, just as he described!

only thing this guitar needs is little oil and TLC, I owned many guitars that didn't shine and sparkle, but they were a great playing guitars...

Jim is a great guy--a gifted pedal steel builder. If he says it's good, it's good. This is a real nice guitar at a bargain price.

No - I don't really have any other information to provide. I think it is an early Pro III due to the 2 raise, single lower changer. It was my first pedal steel guitar and it served me very well. It has that 70's classic tone for days!

Thanks again, was just hoping for some sort of lineage, not that it's anymore special. As with much of the Old line(s)
of steels, there were clunkers as well as great ones.I don't think anyone really knows why two identical guitars in the
way they were built and on the same day could be so different. The infernal machine.as my son calls them, invokes
a strange sort of passion for the thing.
Keep on pickin'.

Several of you have emailed me thru the forum and blocked.
After putting the addresses in my address book to un-block
and sending a reply from my messages on the forum, they come back to me at my earthlink address and again caught in spam.
So if still interested in the ShoBud, email me direct @

jflynn22538@earthlink.net. maybe it'll get thru.
thanks,
