Received my reconditioned SKH (97L) from Billy Knowles a week or so ago. What a treat to have the old war-horse returned to such wonderful condition! Looks like new, plays like butter, and sounds like an Emmons should. Billy is a pleasure to work with and a master of his craft. Highly recommend to all.

| I should mention that the guitar was shipped back to me in new tweed split cases made by Hugh Briley in NC. Beautiful, well made cases, prompt service, and a pleasure to do business with as well. Hugh hand delivered them to Billy - much appreciated! |

| Another shout-out for Billy Knowles, who found me a set of fretboards for my D12 PP. At first there was a misunderstanding as he thought I wanted D10 boards, but he managed to find the D12's. While I would've been more than happy to pay the price difference, he very graciously gave them to me at the D10 price. That's the kind of service that will keep me coming back. |
