Vintage Super Twin, 1977 I was told when I bought it...for sale or trade toward an S10 or SD10 or 12 psg...$400 plus shipping. Tolex is a bit rough, and it does not have a rear panel. My tech went through it a few months ago. Also trade for Telecasters, LP style guitars, G&L ASAT...sort of needing something with a humbucker, though.

Tone monsters.
Granted, it lacks reverb, but DAMN, these things sound good.
PM James Morehead, he also has nice things to say about these

If I didn't have a Super Twin Reverb, I'd think about it. I love mine (and the STR uses a different type of tube for the 'verb).
Definitely less than I paid for mine.

Hi Alan,

I recently traded for a Super Twin Head that I'm using as a Bass Amp (works really well for that BTW) I'm planning to try different tubes in the beast, but it doesn't have the tube chart in it. Would it be possible to post a picture of the tube chart from your amp?

Good luck with your sale!

Thanks,
Walter

Walter, I think I have it scrawled on a piece of paper in my garage. I'll check in the morning
