I currently have my Super Slide 12 tuned to the Recce Anderson C6 tuning. I was thinking about taking it down a half step to play like the B6 side of my U-12. Does anyone out there know if this is in the range of the strings or should I resize my strings?
I think I will try it out this weekend with the current strings but they are in need of replacement.

I think I'm using a standard universal 12 set with a custom 2nd string.

Thanks Ulrich,
I have the string sizes Reece gave me originally. I will dig them out and see how they compare to what the computers say when lowered to B. I had the same thought about raising the Bb tuning but really liked adding that sixth and the logical progression of the top four strings of the Zane Beck tuning.
Reece always used GHS but I think I will try a set of Live Steel strings I have used three or four sets on my Millenium and Zum and I think they stay fresher longer and the last GHS I bought rusted real fast, aboutu three weeks.
