I recently purchased a REd Big tuning wrench from Mr. Williams and found out that it didn't work on my guitar.
Once Carl found out about this he instantly bought the tuner back with no problem. That's not all! Today I was surprised to find a nice Black tuning wrench arrive in the mail that works great on my guitar! On the House! THank you so much Carl. I really appreciate all you have done for me and the steel community!

Thanks for the kind words Jeff...I just wanted to insure you had a good wrench...This is just a very small example of the positive/good things that happen on this Forum. I too am a recipient of Carl's kindness. Came home Sunday after being out of town for a couple month's and waiting for me was a package from Carl with a black "Big Wrench". Great product... thank you Carl!
