beautiful, Lloyd and Buddy are two people who's style will always be recognizable... it just doesn't get any better than this two artists... I wish there was a DVD or at least an album where Lloyd and Buddy would play together, that would be the ultimate pedal steel guitar album...

I agree with Damir; Lloyd and Buddy doing a session together would be, IMO, the ultimate. |

Lloyd is a magician! Actually, he is an artist extraordinaire. Every time he sits down at the Canvas, he paints a different picture each and every time, with the guitar.

Lloyd takes the pedal steel into a symphonic world. His solos and fills are so fresh and different from any other pedal steel player now and in history. He exposes and displays so much music and theory from a simple E9th tuning and set up, it's mind boggling. Obviously, Lloyd has followed no other pedal steel player and has designed his own recognizable voice. The mark of a true master. |

Tommy, I was listening to Peter Cooper`s CD yesterday and that is exactly what I thought:
No one plays like that, not even close....
Check out Cooper`s Cautionary Tales, Lloyd is all over it. _________________ Olli Haavisto
