Heart of Texas Records is pleased to announce the release of “Thanks A lot Texas Troubadour.†The fourteen song CD is a tribute project to Ernest Tubb, who would have celebrated his 100th Birthday in 2014.
“We wanted to do something to honor E.T.†Heart of Texas President Tracy Pitcox said. “E.T. did as much for the Texas music scene as anyone and we wanted to express our appreciation. This is his 100th birthday year and thirty years since his passing. We are proud to tip our hats to the Texas Troubadour.â€

| Wow! The recording mix is so good it's hard to believe. Tic Tac bass, crystal clear steel guitar, Tommy Jackson like tone on the fiddles. This is no ordinary tribute album. The singing is inspired and the overall sound is as good or better as Nashville used to know how to do. |

No surprise. Jim Loessberg is one of the best country music producers in Texas, in addition to being among the finest musicians in the state.
