McKenna 8 String Woodbody Tricone
Birch body
Mahogany neck
Rosewood fretboard
2 1/2" neck width at the nut
24 3/4" scale length
Ebony nut
Ebony capped maple bridge
Grover 18:1 tuners
Nice tricone sound with the warmth of the wood body
Includes hardshell case
Not too many of these being made. Nice opportunity to own/play something a little different.

Unique and very cool. The tricone sound is so much more nuanced than the single cone, and with the wood body, I bet that thing sounds great. |

Good looking guitar. I would never have believed that a tricone system could be covered with a standard cover plate! Good idea Greg. Wonder why the Doperas never thought of it?

I think that does look real cool!
I'll bet I'm not the only one reading your ad who'd love to hear it.
It's a tough sell with something unique like this to purchase without hearing it since it is so different IMO. |
