Stephen, MSA are being built in Dallas by Kyle and Sonny Bennett.They have Mitchell Smithey on staff doing assembly and setup.If you check their Website you can get all details.They recently overhauled my older Millenium up to M3 Standard.great guys to deal with and the quality of engineering and workmanship is second to none.Pic of me with Kyle and Mitchell at factory.
