Does anyone know where I might find a replacement foot pedal for Fender Sho Bud PSG, 3 pedals, from the 1970s?

Just get a small Sho bud pedal, if you can't find one from a Fender, They are the same.. James Morehead has them... They don't have the ridges, but if it is that important to you to have them, you could have them cut in , or do it yourself with a cut off tool or jewelers file, pencil lines, and a steady hand

Thanks Bob I will follow the lead you suggested. As to how it broke, you see those dumbbells in back of the guitar? One took an unscheduled trip one weight-lifting evening, deciding I needed to add a little C pedal to my lifting music!

Take the two parts and have it TIG welded.

A good welding shop can handle it.

I believe it is white metal and can not be welded.
