This one has been in Vintage Guitar for a couple of months now. I've talked to a couple guys who have spoken to Jay Rozen; they allow as how Jay doesn't know how much of a shambles the undercarriage is in since he knows nothing about steels, other than that Bigsbys go for "big bucks."

There might be nothing wrong except a couple of misadjusted pedals, or it might be a complete mess. A knowledgeable expert would have to look firsthand, since many Bigsbys were heavily modified and Rube Golberged.

I'm no stranger to high-dollar guitars, but it would seem to me that right now, given that I have a general idea how much these things are selling for, that a $6K guitar should be close to 100%. It should conme with no "some assembly required" caveat as is in his Vintage Guitar ad.

Then again, I never thought I'd see a $1700 Fender Custom T-8, but there ya go, One sold just recently around here.

Of course, Rozen might respond to a lower offer from some adventurous swingster.
