My guess is someone has took a sidekick and built it into this, a lot of work.

That looks to be a rebodied and "re-engineered" Red Baron or Sidekick. Apparently, the owner couldn't play the guitar, as is, and did some "modifications". The only thing I can figure is that maybe the player had his right knee fused, or had an artificial right leg with no knee joint, as the mod seems like it might have been done to accomodate that type of disability.
