I need a 4 1/2 volt battery for a DigiTech GFX processor and pre-amp unit. Where would be a good place to start looking for such a critter ? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. |

Try a company called Batteries Plus. They stock all sorta of weird batteries. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

I second Lane's response. They are now called Batteries plus Bulbs I think. A few years ago I needed a weird battery for a Digitech GSP 21 and they crafted one for me from individual cells. It has worked for years now. |

I've actually found odd batteries that I could not find on these battery specialist websites on ebay. An old mp3 player had a battery pack that seemed totally obsolete but searching ebay for the specific model number turned it up. At under $12, it seemed worth taking the chance on a Hong Kong company and it worked out perfectly. |

An excellent choice for odd batteries is "Batteries America." www.batteriesamerica.com
I have purchased from these folks and they are very easy to talk with and they stock a lot of strange batteries. I've got batteries from them that I could find no where else.
