Is it John Anderson & Emmylou Harris singing? I looked for Buddy Charleton's great version of "The Waltz You Saved for Me" on YouTube for comparison - but it wasn't on YouTube.

Definitely John Anderson and Emmylou, and distinctively Lloyd, no doubt. Here you have three very distinct and recognizable voices. The mix of steel, string section, and country fiddle is interesting.

Buddy Spicher doing the fiddles. He probably did the arrangements for the string section...he's quite good at that.
